Marketing Manager, US Development & Emerging Brands (Ireland Based) Mark Anthony Brands International (MABIUC) is a leading multinational alcohol beverage business, known for successful brands such as White Claw, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Cayman Jack, Glendalough Whiskey & Gin, and many more. We develop and market a wide variety of alcohol brands ranging from premium spirits to Ready to Drink (RTDs) beverages. Sales of our U.S. focused brands total more than 85m cases per annum through our US affiliate Mark Anthony Brands Inc., the fastest growing major beer co. in the United States. MABIUC is also in the process of developing new markets for our fast-growing brand portfolio. This role is based out of our Dublin Office, in Ireland. The successful candidate, if not already based in Ireland, will be expected to relocate for this role. What you'll do Reporting into our Director of US Development Brands, we are looking for daringly disruptive and ambitiously curious individuals with extensive brand management experience in the US marketplace to come join us as one of our new Marketing Manager for the US Development Brands team, based in Ireland. You will be responsible for leading strategies, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives for our US Brand portfolios and iconic brands (Mike's Hard Lemonade, Mike's Harder, Cayman Jack, amongst others). Additional key responsibilities include: Brand Management : Lead day-to-day management of brand activity; Marketing plan execution, program tracking, forecasting brand health and consumption analysis & budgets. Connector: Work cross-functionally with project teams and departments to deliver strategic recommendations, new product implementation and the annual activity calendar & programs. Build brand knowledge : Initiate research to gain category, channel, and operator insights to drive development, innovation and renovation of product and solution portfolio. US partnership: Cultivate strong relationships and partner with the US implementation, Digital, Insights and Finance teams. Program owner: Lead all aspects of the initiation, development and delivery of marketing and sales programs. Strategic support: Recommend annual marketing plan opportunities and priorities as part of cycle plan. Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics and adjust business strategies as necessary. Reporting & Measurement: Communicate effectively about programs, initiatives, priorities, and results; develop clear KPIs and tracking metrics. Commercial Management: Handle the brand P&L and investment plan accurately to deliver business goals. Digital First Solutions : Use consumer data and analytics to ensure growth. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 6+ years progressive experience in product/brand management and project leadership experience. Understanding of US culture and marketplace Experience with customer marketing, product management and/or brand management & P&L management. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising or related degree. WHO YOU ARE Consumer Fascinated and attuned to US youth culture.
