The attorney will work and learn directly with the Workers Compensation Partner who has over twenty (20) years of experience in Workers Compensation law. Responsibilities Handle high volume Workers Compensation cases. Litigate aggressively and take cases to trial. Communicate effectively with clients. Manage a diverse case load while multi-tasking. Qualifications 0 to 3 years experience in injury law. Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois. Strong desire to litigate and take cases to trial. Highly motivated and eager to handle high volume cases. Compensation The position pays salary and very competitive fee splitting for originated business.
