Division Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Cathedral City, CA area for an individual with 7+ years' experience as a Division/Operations Manager preferably with a background in Waste Management . Familiarity with maintaining division disciplines (i.e. dispatch, routing, maintenance and support operations) with high priority of safety and optimization is a MUST. Oversight of operational costs, planning/developing procedures , and other administrative responsibilities including hiring/training is a MUST . Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST . Experience with OSHA and DOT compliance is a MUST . A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Management/Logistics is HIGHLY PREFERRED .
