Monday, December 16, 2024 12:00 AM - Thursday, January 16, 2025 11:59 PM (Central Standard Time) MHS - Youth Musical Support Director Job Title: Youth Musical Support Director Job Brief: The Assistant Director will assist the Director with direction and supervision of district 5th grade students performing in our 2025 musical production of MARY POPPINS. Location: Manhattan High School This position is paid through a stipend. This position is employed from January through March . Must be available for evening practices and performances. Hours will vary during employment. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED. 5 years of experience in theatrical directing and youth theatre. All USD 383 employees must pass a background check. Job Duties: Assist with auditioning and casting of 5th grade students in December. Run rehearsals with the students two to three days a week from January to March. Must be available to run evening dress rehearsals and performances. All other duties as assigned by the Director. Reports To: Musical Director. This position is not eligible for benefits.
