We are looking for a strategic and data-driven performance marketing analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our marketing team. You'll take charge of building impactful drip campaigns, maintaining our contact database and data flows, and creating engaging landing pages and demo forms. Your keen eye for detail will help us generate insightful marketing reports that drive our success. You'll monitor the entire marketing funnel"”from lead generation all the way to opportunity close"”ensuring that every step is optimized for maximum impact. You'll work closely with our finance and sales teams to align our marketing strategies with our overarching business goals. Reporting to our head of marketing growth, you'll play a crucial role in steering our marketing initiatives and helping us achieve extraordinary growth. What will you be doing? HubSpot enthusiast with a deep understanding of its functionalities and proficient in designing drip campaigns and landing pages. Maintain and optimize the contact database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns. Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance lead nurturing. Collaborate with content creators to develop messaging that resonates with the target audience while adhering to industry regulations. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Monitor and analyze the marketing funnel, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies; Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine processes and improve outcomes. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Requirements 3-5+ years' experience in performance marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably within the financial or technology industry. Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights. Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive dashboards to monitor marketing funnel performance in Tableau or Sigma. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work. The expected salary range for this position is $95k - $115k.
