Disco is building a collaborative retail media network that allows top DTC brands to acquire new customers and monetize their own post purchase experience. About the role As a Lead Product Manager, Expansion, you will define and execute the product strategy to grow Disco's Checkout Partners and Advertisers. Collaborating with brands and go-to-market leaders, you'll identify key opportunities, align teams on clear goals, and guide initiatives from concept to launch and analysis. Your focus areas might include accelerating time-to-live, diversifying integration offerings, and building scalable solutions for enterprise partners. This role demands a proactive leader with operational excellence, a strong B2B2C customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Product and Team Builder: Drive Disco's growth by fostering a high-performing Product team and shaping scalable processes in a dynamic environment. Network Expansion: Lead initiatives to onboard publishers and brands quickly and scale integrations with new e-commerce platforms and enterprise scale partners. Customer-Centric Solutions: Engage with brands and internal partners to understand their needs, turning insights into impactful product execution that align with market opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams across Disco to drive high-impact initiatives from concept to execution. Experience Proven Leadership: 8+ years in Product Management or as a Founder, with a track record of delivering measured results in high-growth environments. Product and Market Insights to Action: Skilled in synthesizing analysis and research into actionable product strategies that you personally drive and bring to market. Business Customer Facing: Experience working with mid-size and enterprise businesses to identify and bring to life and scale new product experiences. Exceptional Communication: Adept at crafting clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Technical Fluency: Proficient in SQL/Python for hands-on analysis as needed, with a strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
