Our client, a leading international aerospace organization, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Compensation to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee global compensation programs' development, implementation, and management, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and competitive positioning in international markets. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute competitive compensation strategies that align with the company's objectives and support top talent's attraction, retention, and motivation. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to ensure compensation programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Oversee the administration of all compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and equity plans. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international compensation laws and regulations. Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and develop compensation solutions that support the company's strategic goals. Provide expert advice and guidance to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters. Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on compensation activities and outcomes to senior management and the board of directors. Streamline and improve compensation processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value and structure of their compensation packages. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP) is preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation management, with a strong background in designing and managing global compensation programs. Extensive knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic compensation initiatives that drive business results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. High proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
