LEAD ENGINEER We're looking for a Lead Engineer to work on our upcoming tactical FPS Due Process . You'll be responsible for managing an engineering team, designing new features and bringing Due Process to completion. This position is onsite and will require you to be local to Seattle. Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate and extend existing gameplay architecture and features Identify and address areas of technical risk Manage, task, and mentor an existing team of 6 - 8 engineers Coordinate with other departments and leadership Requirements: 8+ years' experience building reliable gameplay features One or more shipped games as a manager Ability to quickly and independently learn an established code base Strong engineering and debugging skills Strong work ethic and ability to self-direct Extras: Firm grasp of optimization and efficiency in Unity Experience building networked action games Experience with graphics programming Strong grasp of 3D math and spatial reasoning Benefits: Flexible working hours with good work-life balance Tight-knit team with highly collaborative work environment Influential role on a shipping title Mentorship role within a young team #J-18808-Ljbffr
