LHH is recruiting a Temporary Litigation Legal Assistant for a downtown law firm. This is a part-time, 2-3 days per week, temporary assignment. Responsibilities Scheduling the calendar of activities of attorney, including making commitments for conferences, court dates, meetings and other appointments Composing and editing of correspondence, legal briefs and other related documents Receiving telephone calls and visitors Typing a wide variety of legal documents, opening and maintaining files e-filing documents with state and federal courts Assist with trial preparation Qualifications Minimum of 3 years litigation experience Typing 65 WPM or better Ability to multi-task Proficient with drafting routine letters and other documents Exceptional file management skills especially electronically Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Experience billing clients Would you like to learn more about the Temporary Litigation Legal Assistant position that LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for in Cleveland, Ohio???If so, then please submit your resume below.
