LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a phenomenal firm seeking candidates to work as an immigration paralegal. Full training is provided. This is a W2 contracted position that could go permanent. This role is entry level, full time hours, and candidates must be comfortable going downtown 5 days a week in Pittsburgh. If you are looking to get a foot in the door in the legal field, please apply today!A paralegal certificate is not required, however this is an excellent opportunity for someone who just completed a paralegal program.Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration documents • Research on visa application procedures and requirements • Prepare and file petitions as well as RFE (Request For Evidence) responses • Draft/organize H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B, I-140 and others • Assist with naturalizations, employment and family based green card applications • Oversee and mange caseload and client correspondence • Assist with case filingQualifications: • Bachelor/u2019s Degree Preferred • Strong Attention To Detail • Strong Writing Abilities • Organized Individual • Strong Communication SkillsEqual Opportunity EmployerPay Based on ExperiencePay Details: $20.00 per hourSearch managed by: Erika McChesney Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
