LHH is seeking licensed contract attorneys fluent in Spanish to join an exciting, fully remote legal project. If you have a background in financial services and a passion for collaborative work, this is a great opportunity to make an impact from wherever you are. Your Responsibilities:Analyze complex legal issues related to consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, and credit card productsDraft and review investigative reports along with supporting documentationCollaborate closely with team leads and project managers to drive investigations forwardConduct legal research and provide insightful analysis on financial and regulatory mattersEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in both English and Spanish What We/u2019re Looking For:Active U.S. law license and a J.D. from an accredited law schoolProfessional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)Strong legal writing and analytical skillsExperience in consumer finance law, particularly mortgage servicing/origination and credit card complianceBackground in financial investigations or prior work with regulatory agencies is a plusSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Ready to make a difference with your legal skills?
