Contracts Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a healthcare company based in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to assist their team on a temporary basis.This position can be fully remote or hybrid. Active New Jersey license required. Responsibilities: •       Drafting, redlining, and negotiating IT agreements, including but not limited to MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements •       Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders •       Prioritizing IT projectsRequirements: •       5+ years of recent IT contracts experience including vendor contracts •       Active New Jersey license in good standing •       Excellent communication skills •       Extremely Organized •       Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Pay Details: $85.00 to $110.00 per hourSearch managed by: Christy Candelora Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
