Litigation ParalegalLocation: Irvine, CAPay Range: Up to $45 per hourPosition Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite), Contract to Hire (6+ months)LHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation with 3+ years of experience. This is a hybrid role, with a focus on Complex Civil Litigation.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation mattersConduct legal research and gather relevant case informationDraft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memosCoordinate and manage document production and discovery processesPrepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnessesMaintain and update case files and databasesProvide administrative support, including calendar management and communication with clientsQualifications:3+ years of experience with a major emphasis on litigationPossession of a Paralegal Certificate is a plusStrong knowledge of litigation procedures and corporate law principlesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case managementProficiency in legal research tools and softwareEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDiscretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationPay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Isaiah Dunn Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
