Litigation ParalegalLocation: Torrance, CACompensation: Up to $85K per year, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401kJob Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, HybridWe are working with a reputable regional law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in complex civil litigation defense, with a strong background in managing heavy discovery. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is a quick learner and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Discovery Management: Draft and respond to discovery requests, manage document production, and assist in large-scale discovery projects.Case Management: Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage litigation calendars.Deposition Support: Coordinate and schedule depositions, prepare witness files, and issue subpoenas as needed.Court Filings: Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts; familiarity with iManage is a plus.Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing for trials, mediations, and arbitrations, including organizing exhibits and trial binders.Legal Document Drafting: Draft, edit, and proofread various legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and case summaries.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years/u2019 experience in complex civil litigation defense.Paralegal certificate or its equivalent required.Extensive experience with discovery, document production, and case management.Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Isaiah Dunn Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
