LHH is partnering with a respected law firm that is looking to bring on a Project Attorney to support their Financial Services Litigation Team. This is a 100% remote role, though occasional in-office presence (1/u20132 times/month) in Miami, FL is preferred. While this project role could transition to a permanent position, please note there is no partnership track. What You/u2019ll Be Doing:Drafting pleadings and motionsAttending court callsEngaging in settlement negotiationsManaging case files, monitoring deadlines, and updating clientsCollaborating with attorneys and staff on financial services litigation mattersNo trial or financial services experience required /u2014 full training and guidance will be provided, including client protocols.
