Job Duties The Small Engine Technician performs a wide range of services and duties in our Small Engine Service Center. This can include, but is not limited to:Diagnosing, assembling, and repairing various outdoor small engine products sold at Blain's Farm & Fleet, such as: chainsaws, snow blowers, riding mowers, UTVs & ATVsCustomer service interactionsOrdering, receiving, and stocking small engine partsAssisting customer's with warranty claimsAssist in Service Center as assignedAssist in facility maintenance as neededMaintaining store facility and equipment (such as forklifts and lawn mowers) Qualifications A successful applicant must:Be able to learn to use our Part Smart website to find replacement small engine partsBe 18 years of age or olderBe able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checksBe able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend Other helpful traits of a successful applicant are:Prior automotive maintenance experiencePrior customer service experiencePrior Retail experienceExcellent communication skills #INDAUTO EEO Statement Blain Supply, Inc and Blain's Farm and Fleet (collectively "Blain's") is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
