LHH is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a reputable law firm in Orlando, Florida. This role supports a busy team of attorneys handling complex third-party defense matters, including product and premises liability and tort litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong background in insurance defense or civil litigation. Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with case preparation from inception through trial.Manage discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, and correspondence.Conduct background research and summarize medical records, depositions, and evidence.Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and pre-trial documents.Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.Track deadlines and manage case calendars effectively. Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal, preferably in third-party defense.Strong knowledge of product liability, premises liability, and tort law.Familiarity with Florida court rules and procedures.Proficiency with legal software and case management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience required.
