Temporary IP Litigation SecretaryLocation: Century City, Los AngelesPay Rate: $35-$38/hourJob Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, OnsiteA prestigious law firm in Century City is seeking a Temporary Intellectual Property Litigation Secretary to provide high-level support to attorneys. The ideal candidate has experience in state and federal court filings, including e-filing, and can thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.Responsibilities:Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents for IP litigation casesFile documents in state and federal courts, including e-filingManage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court datesAssist with document management and case organizationCoordinate with courts, clients, and outside counsel as neededQualifications:Prior experience as a litigation legal secretary, preferably in IP litigationStrong knowledge of state and federal court rules and proceduresProficiency in e-filing systems (PACER, CM/ECF, state court platforms, etc.)Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systemsPay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hourSearch managed by: Antonia Spadoni Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
