Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH is currently working with a reputable law firm in Jacksonville, FL, to hire a skilled Legal Assistant with experience in insurance defense. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have 1-2 years of relevant experience and are looking to contribute to a dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities:Provide essential support to attorneys handling insurance defense casesDraft, file, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesCommunicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and opposing counselMaintain and update case files to ensure accuracy and organizationConduct legal research to assist with case development and strategyCoordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and client meetingsAssist with general office duties, including calendar management and document tracking Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance defenseStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management softwareExceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Why LHH?At LHH, we/u2019re dedicated to helping talented professionals connect with top-tier opportunities.
