Survey Crew Chief

We are looking for a Survey Crew Chief to join our team and lead and manage field survey operations. The Survey Crew Chief will work closely with project managers, clients, and field crews to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and project execution. This role is up to 50% travel.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate field survey operations, including boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys.Operate and maintain survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, project specifications, and company standards.Perform field calculations, data collection, and quality control to ensure accuracy.Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to address project needs and expectationsDocument and submit accurate field notes, sketches, and reports.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Survey Crew Chief or similar roleStrong knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesQualifications:2 years of experience in land surveying and team leading.Strong understanding of land survey principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in surveying or related field preferred.Brayden Harris / Search Consultant / (321) 352-5522 / qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
