The nurse provides nursing interventions (including phlebotomy, wound care, infusion, ostomy, catheter care and other skilled interventions) as ordered by the physician.  The nurse instructs, motivates, and assists patients and/or caregivers in learning and improving the ability to live independently at home.  The nurse supervises and directs the efforts of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Home Health Aide when involved in the patient plan of care.What qualifications you will need: 1 year of PT experience required Home Health experience PREFERRED Will Train PTs into Home Health  Oasis experience preferred  HomeCare HomeBase preferred  BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Degree in Nursing from an accredited schoolWe are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this permanent position.
