We are currently seeking a driven and sales-minded Designer to join our growing team. This role will collaborate with customers and provide exceptional design solutions for their building projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in customer service and the desire to learn or grow design skills and experience.Job Responsibilities:Designing and creating unique, high-quality kitchen and bathroom spaces Assisting customers in selecting appropriate building materials, fixtures, and finishes to ensure their design vision is successfully executed.Overseeing building and remodeling projects from start to finishCreating detailed design plans, including 2D and 3D drawings, using state-of-the-art design softwareStaying updated on the latest design trends, building codes, and regulations to offer the most cutting-edge and code-compliant designs.Ensuring all design projects are completed within established timelines by managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each project receives the necessary attention and meets customer expectations.Maintaining accurate documentation of all design projects, including plans, specifications, and correspondenceQualifications:Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards - requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal - requiredAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently - requiredExceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - requiredAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - requiredStrong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - requiredProven experience as a designer in a professional setting - preferredProficiency in design software such as 20/20 CAD, or similar - preferredA bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field - preferredIn addition to the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this position also comes with a range of excellent benefits.
