Project CoordinatorWe are actively looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team, at a building material supplier that manufactures and distributes a wide variety of building products to both single- and multi-family homebuilders, developers, and contractors.The Project Coordinator will be responsible for actively managing multiple projects a time while proofing submittals, generating change orders, oversee order entries for your projects and manage the accountability of field managers while also working closely with various in-house departments, as well as customers and vendors. Job Type: Full Time, On-siteResponsibilities for the Project Coordinator:Coordinate with field managers, ensuring timely submission of verifications and data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and proceduresPost bid addendums, proposal requests, etc.Using experience and knowledge as they relate to building productsDocumenting all aspects of any given project through contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, submittals, emails and/or other forms of correspondence.Managing several projects dailyWorking with production on lead-times and shipping detailsDirect communication with customers via phone, email, or jobsite visitsDetermining and adequately meeting project schedules & deadlines Requirements of the Project Coordinator:Previous experience in related fields (carpentry, construction, building materials)Associate's degree in related fields preferredKnowledgeable in Construction processes and what Building Materials are requiredHighly effective supervisory skills and techniquesAbility to input, retrieve and analyze dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsApply now or email your resume directly to !All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
