Job title: Pharmacist Job location: NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, 506 6th St Brooklyn, NY 10034 Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm includes a 60 min break Pay: $3,040 Weekly Gross (local pay) Department: Pharmacy Contract: 3 months Duties: 59 day assignment covering FTE maternity leave. 7am-3pm but may be asked to work 9a-5p PRN (as and when needed) Rotating weekends, holidays. Bachelors in Pharmacy or PharmD (R). NYS licensed and registered pharmacist (R). Immunization certified (P). Computer literacy (R). PGY1 residency exp (P). 2+ yrs exp in retail pharmacy (P). 5 yrs exp in hospital pharmacy services &/or pharmaceutical services related to iv therapies (P). Knowledge of Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacokinetics (P).
