Interim Healthcare is seeking an LVN for the East Houston area.This position requires great patient assessment skills and the ability to work with little direct supervision, good time management skills, good communication skills, reliable transportation.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)responsibilities include:Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needsPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to our RNFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services providedJob Requirements:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license in the State of TexasCurrent CPR CertificationUpdated PPD TestOne (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care, home health, hospital, and/or long-term care environment preferredMust be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check at the time of interviewPandoLogic.
