Join our innovative team and play a vital role in a patient's journey toward healing by ensuring accurate, timely results that drive better outcomes.In this role, you will:Oversee front desk productivity by monitoring daily tasks and workflows, ensuring staff remains focused, efficient, and aligned with operational prioritiesEnsure that staff consistently complies with company policies and procedures outlined in the NYCBS handbook by conducting routine monitoring, addressing any non-compliance in a timely manner.Regularly monitor spreadsheets, messages, E-faxes, and emails to ensure that staff promptly addresses incoming requests. Assign and delegate tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow and meet operational deadlines.Provide hands-on support by assisting with front desk responsibilities during periods of high volume, staff shortages, or when additional coverage is required to maintain seamless operationsEnsure high standards of customer service by fostering a welcoming environment and addressing patient needs promptly and professionally.Effectively manage and de-escalate challenging situations in person or over the phone, ensuring professional and satisfactory resolutions.Act as a point of guidance for staff, offering support and solutions when they encounter challenges or unfamiliar situations.Provide additional training to staff as needed to ensure understanding and adherence to protocolsMonitor inventory supplies to ensure the front desk is fully stocked and ensure supplies are organized and properly stored after delivery to maintain an efficient and tidy workspace.Responsible for handling monies collected daily, including bank deposits and submitting copay summaries in a timely mannerAssist with assignments and projects from upper management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.Maintain open communication with the Radiology Manager, promptly escalating issues to higher management when necessaryWe require:Bachelors Degree-RequiredMinimum of 1+yr office management experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Google Suites1+yrs working out of an EMR Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Starting Salary: $70,000, per year, commensurate with experience and education.Benefits: Health Insurance on day 1, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.Join us at NYI, where we are making strides in healthcare through innovative and compassionate care.Visit our website at: Nyimagaing.comFollow us on Facebook: NYI on FacebookNew York Imaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesHealthcare
