Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status;Medication administration;Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:LVN with current licensure to practice in the stateStrong communication and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learnNice to Have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Who we are:Rio Hondo Subacute and Nursing Center believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
