Job Description Job Title:Automotive Technician / MechanicLocation: 9808 E 81 St Tulsa, OK 74133Job Overview:We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestsContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concernsWork together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications Qualifications:Work with urgency and excellenceEasy to work withPositive attitude and a desire to serve guest3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanicMaster Tech or A-level Technician with L1 preferredASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieveCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehiclesMeet or exceed hourly goalsDemonstrates motivation and the ability to deliver outstanding resultsExhibits a teachable attitude and strong teamwork skillsCoachable with a balance of confidence and humilityAptitude for learning additional skills and processesA desire for long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
