Cook

At The Globe Restaurant, we provide great food to our customers and we want them to have an enjoyable dining experience. To accomplish this, the cook will prepare, cook and plate all menu items according to The Globe's specifications. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:Preparing Food - measure, weigh and mix ingredients to the Globe's specifications.Cooking - Baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling meats, vegetables, fish, and poultryPresenting an attractive plateSet up and maintain stock levels on cooks line Operate, clean, set up and maintain kitchen equipment Comply with all food safety and sanitation requirements.Training new cooks/ kitchen helpWorking with management, other cooks, dishwashers and wait staffPrefer relevant work experience of 2 years.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
