Must be able to work over weekends including Sundays Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer inquiries, and assist with troubleshooting mobile phone issues. Phone Repair Consultation: Guide customers through the repair process, explain repair services and pricing, and manage customer expectations. Repair Process Tracking: Track and update customers on the status of their phone repairs. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest mobile phone models, accessories, and repair techniques to offer informed recommendations. Sales Support: Promote and sell phone accessories, warranties, and additional services to customers. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable. Maintain inventory levels of phone accessories and repair parts. Team Collaboration: Work with technicians to ensure timely repairs and communicate customer needs effectively. Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, repair histories, and receipts. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
