Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under direction of the Maintenance Director. Duties include: Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance. Ensure completion of work o Maintenance Technician, Technician, Maintenance, General Maintenance, Painting, Property Management
