Job Duties: Responsible for maintaining the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and residential property. Maintain property appearance, snow removal (including shoveling, salting, sanding, and ice removal) Complete work orders a Hotel, Maintenance, Entry Level, Maintenance Manager, Property Management
