Lily Corporation designs and manufactures a variety of dispensing solutions for crack filling and repair of concrete and pavement, and spray coating applications for bridge decks, roadways, parking garage, dams, piers, industrial facilities, and airports.ResponsibilitiesIncrease your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.The field service and sales technician is a customer-facing role that is vital to the success of Lily Corp. Responsibilities will include the following areas. Other duties as assigned.Sales Support: 20%· Responding to calls and e-mails that come in. · A demo once in a great while. Some trade shows. One or two per year. World of Concrete is a one week show.Field Service & Training: 45%· Assembling and optimizing onsite equipment· Training construction personnel in best practices and use of equipment.· Troubleshooting equipment field issues onsite or via phone· Discuss site issues with customers to determine the best course of action.o Diagnose equipment operation issues and challenges with the application process.o On-site repair of equipment, order parts to be shipped. Inventory/Purchasing: 20%· Monitor inventory levels, order additional parts as needed and send AutoCAD part drawings to contract manufacturers.Administration: 15%· Light computer troubleshooting, updating software licenses· Editing QuickBooks entries related to parts or orders. Requirements:· 3+ years working in the manufacturing or construction industries or a 2-year technical degree in a related discipline.· Previous experience in a field-service role· Strong mechanical aptitude· Solid verbal & written communication skills· Spanish speaking is a plusBusiness Travel: 25%Ability to travel 25% as necessary. The average trip is 3-4 days though longer stays may be required for international travel. A valid US passport and current Real ID state driver's license is required. International travel is rare though does occur 1-2 times/year. 100% of travel expenses are covered (meals, transportation, lodging, vehicle rental). If you are hired, your annual salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Compensation Range: $65, - $80,000 per year
