Koch Trucking Inc is Hiring Diesel and Trailer Technicians!Roseville, MN | St. Paul, MN | Minneapolis, MNTop Benefits Across the IndustryGreat Pay$1,080-$1,240 per week, based on position and experienceIncrease your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Sign-On Bonuses$6,000 Sign on BonusAllowances$1,000 Tool Allowance per year, $100 Boot Allowance per yearBenefits:Diesel Tech II (St. Paul, MN & Minneapolis, MN)$1,160-$1,240 per week$29-$31/hr, based on experienceUp to $39 per hour for experienced techniciansMonday - Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AMWednesday-Friday, 5:30am-4:00PM & Saturday 4:30AM-3:00PMTrailer Tech II (Roseville, MN)$1,080-$1,190 per week$27-$29/hr, based on experienceUp to $34 per hour for experienced techsMonday - Friday, 11:00AM-7:30PMTime and a half on any weekend shift$6,000 sign on bonus$1,000 tool allowance per year$100 boot allowance per yearHSA with a generous company matchMedical coverage through the LARGEST nationwide network401k with immediate company match6 paid holidays and 3 floating holidaysTuition reimbursement for your heavy equipment trainingUpgrade your skills using current and innovative technology and industry-specific software!Diesel Technician IILocations: St. Paul, MN & Minneapolis, MNAvailable Schedules:Monday - Friday: 3:30 pm - 12:00 amWednesday - Friday: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm & Saturday: 4:30 am - 3:00 pmWednesday - Saturday - 5:30 am - 4:30 pmJob Duties:Perform scheduled maintenance and advanced repairs on tractors and trailers to meet Koch Companies and DOT standardsTroubleshoot and repair braking systems, steering components, electrical systems, and collision mitigation technologyDiagnose and repair suspensions, drivelines, A/C and heating systems, aftertreatment components, and exhaust leaksUse diagnostic equipment and computerized instrumentation to identify and resolve mechanical issuesConduct DOT-compliant inspections, ensuring all equipment meets state and federal regulationsDismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools, inspecting parts for damage or wearOrder necessary parts and work closely with the parts department to complete repairs efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and company standardsRegularly interact with drivers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their equipment is road-readyTrailer Technician IILocations: Roseville, MNSchedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pmJob Duties:Performing preventive maintenance on trailers, ensuring they meet all safety and operational standards.Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including brakes, lights, suspensions, and tires.Conducting detailed inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.Using diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair trailer components.Collaborating with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet company standards.Maintaining accurate service records to track work performed and ensure compliance with regulations.Ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory requirements, keeping our fleet reliable and our drivers safe on the road.Mechanic QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in Trailer Maintenance (Trailer Tech II)At least 1 year of experience in Diesel/Tractor maintenance (Diesel Tech II)About Koch Trucking IncKoch Companies is a family-owned business and transportation industry leader continuing to experience outstanding growth!
