FBG Services is looking for a District Director to take charge of janitorial operations and business development in the Minnesota area.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Janitorial experience strongly preferred.Summary:The District Director - Minnesota District is responsible for leading, planning, directing, controlling, and ensuring the profitability of sales and operations within company policies and guidelines to achieve regional and corporate goals.This role oversees operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery while directly reporting to the VP of Operations.The District Director will drive aggressive sales growth, expand market presence, and enhance financial performance across multiple locations.On a day-to-day basis, the District Director supervises operational teams, drives new business acquisition, maintains and strengthens customer relationships, ensures compliance with specifications, and manages financial performance.Additional responsibilities include training oversight, safety program administration, incident investigations, personnel management, quality control, and assisting in marketing efforts.
