We provide all of our employees with FREE medical insurance and an HSA card covering the first $2,000 of medical costs.Job Description:Oreair Electric is seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Journeyman Electrician.We are looking for industrial or commercial electricians interested in expanding their skills and knowledge to include the industrial field.At Oreair Electric, we strive to provide a safe work environment with a high regard for productivity, reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.We offer comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and advance your career.Responsibilities:- Basic commercial/industrial electrical installations: GRC conduit bending, wiring, installation of light fixtures, and electrical devices.- Troubleshooting in the electrical field.- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.- Work independently and complete assigned tasks from start to finish.- Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts.- Perform physically in harsh climates.- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.- Maintain a positive attitude with good communication skills and work well with others.Requirements:- Prefer to have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record as well as dependable transportation.- Must be available to work day shift (typically 7am to 3:30pm with a lunch break; typical day shift is 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday).- Must be able to work overtime and weekends when necessary.- Must have verifiable work history and references.- Proven experience in commercial electrical work, with a willingness to learn industrial electrical work.- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Benefits:- Competitive pay.- Free medical and dental health insurance for employees (eligible after 90 days).- HSA Flex Card.- Paid holidays (7 paid holidays, eligible after 90 days).- 1-week paid time off (eligible after 1 year).- 401K matching up to 4% after 6 months of employment.- Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Positions are available for immediate employment.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume for immediate consideration for the position.Submission of a
