Plumber / Mechanical

Weekends as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):Appliance repairs including replacement or installation of major appliances.Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building.Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in the basic building maintenance plumbing and mechanical trades.Clears clogged drains, and replaces plumbing fixtures.Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.Proven experience as maintenance technician understanding building mechanical and plumbing components in an industrial facility.Monthly PM work.Such as, Air handling units, filters, fans, pulleys, belts, dock heaters, etc.Some HVAC knowledge helpfulExperience Required:DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENT: Must have industry standard minimum amount of verifiable 6 years of industrial experience or a Journeyman's card to prove practice. A Master plumber's license is also permitted and/or any similar combination of education and trade-related work experience. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
