Job SummaryScroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.The BIM Coordinator leads the delivery of the infrastructure digital models, including the production of 3D perspectives and other software and technologies to support operations in the Department, as required.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute and support the BIM manager with BIM project Documents such as BIM Execution Plan, Master Information Delivery Plan (MIPD)Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM goals and objectives and ensure that they are met in a timely and efficient mannerCoordinate and manage the integration of BIM models from multiple disciplinesCoordinate BIM file exchange, and mentor teams on the correct use of BIM software and BIM process.Ensure that project teams comply with all BIM requirements, including quality control, project delivery, and model managementContinually research new methods to improve existing workflows,and recommend improvements to enhance the company's BIM processes and standardsConfigure and maintain the project Common Data Environment to enable the effective management of engineering design deliverables.Create and update standard Navisworks clash reports.Ensures compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope PlansOverall Experience Required to Execute this RoleBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering5+ years of BIM practical experience in engineering production environmentKnowledge of International StandardsProficiency on BIM360Dynamo is highly desired but not a mustWorking knowledge of Navisworks 3D coordination softwareAdvanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this on new projectsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood communication and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skillsProficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic languages
