In this role, you will oversee first-line managers across multiple engineering disciplines, developing and executing integrated organizational plans and policies. You will shape business and technical strategies, ensuring alignment with program success while fostering a culture of proactive technical oversight and risk management.Your responsibilities will include establishing clear visibility into engineering performance, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving process improvements. You will balance high program demands with team well-being by implementing strategies for workload distribution and stress management. Additionally, you will maintain open communication with senior leadership, providing regular updates on team progress and challenges while identifying key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in engagement, quality, and efficiency.As a leader, you will promote a collaborative and innovative culture, champion best practices, and actively network within the organization to facilitate knowledge sharing.
