The Project Manager will collaborate closely with our architects, project managers, and clients to ensure the flawless delivery of projects from conception to completion, meeting the highest standards of quality and design excellence.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.* Drive the project team to execute tasks efficiently and maintain adherence to project schedules.* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.* Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and health and safety guidelines.* Proactively identify project issues and propose effective solutions to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.* Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, and preparing detailed progress reports.* Collaborate with the design team to ensure the successful integration of architectural design concepts into the store fit-out projects.Resource Management:* Allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools, support, and guidance to complete tasks on time and within budget.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors required for project execution.Client Liaison* Work under the supervision of senior management to deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and luxury.* Contribute to establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by acting as the main point of contact with senior management for project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Risk Management:* Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to prevent delays or budget overruns.Budget Oversight:* Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
