Project Managers - Reactive and Civils/Structures Salary negotiable DOE Generous benefits packageMaximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Management of Network Rail (client) and rail related infrastructure contracts to requisite performancecriteria, ensuring stringent KPIs are met in line with client expectations (estimate submissions, deliverytimescales, risk scores, completion packs etc)Liaise with Client personnel and represent the company at Client deliverability meetings as appropriate. Maintain anddevelop client relationships on the basis of mutual trust and high standards of contract performance in linewith the company core valuesLiaise with the delivery team to ensure the work bank is planned and resourced in line with first principleallowances and programme is driven by required turnover targets ensuring effective deployment of allpersonnel across the FrameworkLiaise with SPMs, design and commercial teams to review box plans, estimate submissions and final accountdetails analysing trends and reporting on performance to the Contracts Manager to identify contractualprogress of works against programmeProvide technical support, guidance and practical advice to SPMs on the Eastern Framework to ensurecompetent execution of required work bank deliverables from both a permanent work and temporary worksperspectiveManage the SPMs to ensure the site teams are complying to requirements of site returns, commercialreporting, quality and safety etc to drive efficiencies across the Framework and assist with timely submissionsof EWNs/compensation eventsEnsure the management and maintenance of the client database (Monitor) for all assigned WDMsaccounting for all required EOTs, progress updates etcPrepare and implement Site specific management plans to ensure Site activities comply with CML Health andSafety, Quality and Environmental PoliciesPrepare and implement site documentation and contract plans to conform, as a minimum, to the Clientsrequirement and specification.Lead and implement professional safety behaviour and culture throughout the business, promoting positivechange in everyday activitiesAny other duties as may reasonably be requiredExperience & Personal QualitiesExperience of reactive Works Delivery Frameworks and delivery of mid-range projects (£250 - £600k)Civil Engineering Construction work, ideally in a railway environment (at least 5 years)Appreciation of Network Rail design process and experience acting as CREDemonstratable client management and reporting experienceDemonstratable commercial experience NEC 4 contract experience desirableDemonstratable Programme Management experienceQualificationsSuitably qualified by experienceRailway Safety Training - PTSContinued professional development courses as appropriate SMSTS - MAPM - NVQ 6/7 - NEBOSH - TemporaryWorks Co-Ordinator
