Working across sectors including hospitality, commercial, leisure, and premium residential, this company has a strong pipeline of projects up to £10m in value across London.Role Overview:As a Senior Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on high-profile refurbishment projects.• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.• Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.• Enforcing strict health & safety standards across the site.• Problem-solving and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.What We're Looking For:• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction.• Strong background in fit-out and refurbishment projects.• Leadership and communication skills to drive on-site performance.• Ability to manage tight schedules and high-pressure environments.• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.If you are a Senior Site Manager and are interested in this position, please contact Sam Patuzzo from Samuel James
