Leadership Skills - Ability to lead a team, mentor colleagues, and take initiative. Strong Technical Skills - Proven expertise in fault-finding, maintenance, and compliance. Excellent Communication - Able to work well with clients, colleagues, and management. Long-Term Commitment - Looking for stability and career growth.Responsibilities:Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Ensuring high availability of critical systems. Fault Finding & Repairs - Quick response and resolution of issues.Team Leadership & Support - Guide junior engineers and collaborate with management.Process Improvement - Enhance reliability and efficiency of equipment.
