This is a price work role, offering competitive rates and steady, long-term work.Requirements:* Gas Safe registered (preferably with a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems qualification)* CSCS Card - Essential* Proven experience in new build second fix plumbing, including:* Fitting kitchen sinks, bathrooms, and radiators* Installing and connecting boilers* Conducting system tests (commissioning handled separately)* Must work safely and adhere to company Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)* Ability to work cleanly, tidily, and in an organised manner* Must be competent, reliable, and able to work efficiently* Strong communication skills and ability to work well with site teamsWhat's on Offer?* Competitive price work rates* Consistent workload with a trusted and established contractor* Strong pipeline of projects in the new build housing sectorHow to Apply:To apply, send your CV.
