We are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join their Manchester team. Key responsibilities include:Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workEnsuring compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and building regulationsIdentifying and reporting defects, advising on necessary remedial actionsLiaising with contractors, clients, and project teams to maintain high standardsKeeping detailed records of site visits, progress reports, and quality assessmentsSupporting faí§ade remediation projects as requiredThe ideal candidate will have:Extensive experience in a Clerk of Works or similar quality assurance roleICWCI accredited is preferred, but not essentialStrong knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and best practicesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and reporting abilitiesKnowledge of the Manchester and North West marketThe ability to work independently while collaborating with project teamsSalary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package, including:Performance-related bonusCompetitive pension schemePrivate healthcareGym membershipOngoing CPD, training, and career progression opportunities25 days holiday plus the period between Christmas and New YearFlexible hybrid working (subject to periodic review)How to ApplyThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading consultancy and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects.
