Full-timeLearn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.DescriptionThe Manufacturing Electrician is responsible to ensuring the seamless operation of manufacturing facilities by maintaining electrical safety, minimizing downtime, and improving operational efficiency. The Manufacturing Electrician must be a problem solver and a change agent who is excited about maintenance and taking the business to the next level by maintaining functional equipment. The Electrical Maintenance Technician position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery used in manufacturing operations. They ensure all electrical components meet safety standards and operate efficiently to support production goals. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.YOUR ROLE:Communicating and working with other maintenance and production personnel to accomplish all electrical maintenance repair tasks in a timely and safe manner.Perform the required routine maintenance and tasks to keep equipment safe, functional, and efficient by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions.Learn and demonstrate competency in maintaining and troubleshooting processes and repairing electrical malfunctions and breakdowns and equipment to progress through training programs.Installation, troubleshooting & repair of low & high voltage (single/three phase) industrial electrical & control systems.Maintain wiring to NEC standards and ensure any new wiring is within compliance. Upgrade outdated or unsafe electrical installations across the plant.Responsible for electrical emergency & scheduled maintenance tasks across the plant.Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, transformers, motors, and sensors.Ensure assigned projects are completed timely, correctly, safely, and to the highest quality standard.Demonstrates proper use of equipment, observing all safety procedures and policies. This includes but is not limited to: All designated PPE, lockout/tagout, and other requirements of working on equipment.Participate in all on-site training per the direction of management.ABOUT THE JOB:Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC, is a specialty fabricator offering custom glass solutions to numerous markets from two U.S.-based facilities.
