Ensure the application of EHS policies, local regulations and professional standards.Position in the OrganizationOrganization StructureOperations / Regional Center / Industrial & Field Operations / Installation TeamOrganizational ReportingDirect reporting: Installation Leader / Capataz/ Installation Supervisor / PrIMKey Network & LinksInstallation Leader / Installation Supervisor.Field Operations Installation Team - Work and Design.MissionPerformance Measurement•Quality of installation activities (Number of Punch Points).•Productivity as per reference Library.•Issue of Red and Yellow drawing reportsMain ResponsibilitiesIn compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Sig Installation Worker performs the Installation execution and activities, including:•Execute specific installation activities according the design documentation and Installation Supervisor orientation / instruction•Comply with EHS procedures and maintains PPE defined by EHS, make sure collective protections are in place, and alert the Installation Supervisor whenever any deviation to EHS rules or EHS risk•Ensure has the right means to perform the installation•Ensure tools calibration at all time•Open to have continuous training initiative•Understanding of drawings and Work Method Statement (WMS)•Ensure availability and usage of the necessary and right material•Accurate knowledge / training for performing the work•Perform activities with quality: no deviation versus drawings and WMS•Report and alert the hierarchical superior if any risk, difficulties, or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact the safety, the quality and/or the performance of the work•Apply the D&ISElectrical and Electronic Installation and FO Process for Installation activitiesMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational RequirementsMandatory:Minimum high school, medium technical level in (preferably electric, electronic or electromechanics systems) (no experience required) or equivalent experience of 1 to 3 years in similar functions in case in case of not having an average school level.•Qualified technicianDesirable:•Construction Industry (Electric, Electronic or Electromechanics)•Railway Industry•Technical High-School Diploma or equivalent experienceExperienceMandatory:Minimum high school, medium technical level in (preferably mechanical or electromechanics systems) (no experience required) or equivalent experience of 1 to 3 years in similar functions in case in case of not having an average school level.Qualified technicianOr Minimum 1 year experience inIndustrial 1activities related to Electrical, Electronic or Electromechanics Field within industry.Desirable:•Knowledge of EHS on site•Knowledge of railway products installation methodsCompetencies & SkillsAbility to have a good communication with other colleagues and other functions (Installation Team)Ability for inform problemTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsQuality and EHS-focused, rigorous, team-playerYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
