If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your career and make a direct impact to an established and growing company, then apply to this position.Posting Location(s) for this role:Bloomington, Champaign, Chicago, Effingham, Lisle, Peoria, Pontiac, Tinley Park, IL, or St. Louis, MOJob Activities:Manage, support and build relationships with clients and agenciesWork with a variety of projects for municipal client needs related to water, sewer and streetsConduct field inspections, measurements or calculationsPerform condition assessmentsPrepare and develop construction, design documents and plansManage projects and programs from inception to completionSpecific Requirements Desired:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering2 - 5 years of Civil Engineering experienceFE or PE Certification, or expected to be obtainedExperience with IDOT, MFT and local agency projectsExperience or understanding of working with state and local authoritiesWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3DAbility to work both in the office and field for construction engineering and observationManagement, communication, and organization skillsAbout Farnsworth GroupFarnsworth Group is a 135-year-old engineering, architecture, and surveying firm with over 600 talented professionals across a nationwide network of 24 offices.
