We reward innovation, hard work, and support a culture of sustainability.IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team!We arecurrently seeking aSenior Landscape Architect - Project Managerin ourBoston, MA office, with flexibility for hybrid work.AsaSenior Landscape Architect - Project Manager,you willbe responsible forleading the design efforts on a variety of project types. This position will include overseeing multiple projects from start to completion on varying scales, including K-12 schools, parks, playgrounds and multi-family housing. The expectation is to work directly with team members and leadership, clients and contractors. This position will require responsibility for timely management of all deliverables to ensure high quality design standards. It will also be necessary to manage the project's budget to meet the project goals and client expectations. This role will also involve mentoring junior staff through all phases of the design process. Within this position, there is great opportunity and potential for growth into a leadership position within the firm.Principal Responsibilities:Prepares concept and schematic landscape design plansReviews exhibits and renderings prepared by others before being finalizedPrepares landscape code research and prepares and reviews landscape and planting plansCompletes landscape and planting plans, and tree preservation plansPrepares and reviews construction documents, details and specification. Prepares and reviews cost estimates and take offsCompletes site visits and reviews site as-builtsProject management including budgeting, scheduling, billing, determining staff needs, attending meetings and addressing client concerns and deliverablesTrain, mentor and motivate staffBuild, maintain and develop client relationshipsRequired Skills & Abilities:Strong proficiency in Auto-CAD and Adobe Photo suiteExcellent organizational skills, particularly with project managementStrong analysis and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to foster positive working relationships with all team membersAbility to mentor, train, motivate and lead othersAbility to sell work and develop client relationshipsEagerness to learn and adapt to new challengesAbility to travel up to 5% with occasional overnight staysEducation & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape ArchitectureProfessional Landscape Architecture (PLA) License required7 years of experience minimum required, including construction administration experienceIdeal candidate will have experience or interest in institutional, parks, recreation and athletics projects"‹Not Eligible for Visa SponsorshipIMEG, an employee-owned corporation, is committed to investing in employees' futures through professional development programs and opportunities for career advancement.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO, flexible schedule, and assistance with tuition reimbursement.
