This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop hands-on skills, gain industry experience, and work alongside experienced electricians on a variety of electrical systems. The apprentice will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the supervision of journeyman and master electricians.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.Support power cable installation, terminations, and generator system setups.Help with DC battery and power plant installations.Work on medium voltage and power distribution systems.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Adhere to all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company guidelines.Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.Participate in on-the-job training and required coursework for licensure.Travel to different project sites as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Enrollment in or willingness to join an electrical apprenticeship program.Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools is preferred but not required.Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.Ability to work in different environments, including heights and confined spaces.Physically able to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to obtain Class A CDLWillingness to learn to operate a variety of equipmentWillingness to travel for projects across the U.S.What We Offer:Competitive pay with growth opportunities.Health, Dental, Vision & Life InsuranceCDL TrainingHands-on training and mentorship from experienced electricians.Support for completing apprenticeship and licensing requirements.A dynamic work environment with exposure to various industries.Opportunities to work on innovative projects in renewable energy, telecommunications, and more.Join Our Team:If you're ready to start your electrical career with a company that values growth, safety, and innovation, we want to hear from you!
